Placing an Order

All purchases can be made securely online 24 hours a day at www.endurance-nutrition.co.uk.

Delivery Charges

Orders are delivered across the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. The charges for delivery are set out below:

For delivery outside the UK, we charge a delivery supplement. To add the supplement to your order, click here. No supplement paid will lead to non-delivery.

Card Security

Your security and peace of mind is very important to us. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal and are not accessible by anyone at Endurance Nutrition. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt for payment via email from PayPal immediately after placing your order.

Pricing And VAT

All prices (including shipping costs) are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.

Delivery Schedule

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery to you the next working day. Deliveries outside of the UK will take 2 - 5 days.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please contact our office on 0113 815 2481 within 7 days of receipt to report any faulty or damaged items and before returning any items.
We will only accept unwanted products for refunds within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. Postage and packing will not be refunded and returns should be sent by recorded delivery. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund you within 30 days.
To notify us of your intention to return any product, please contact out office on 0113 815 2481 or email info@endurance-nutrition.co.uk. We will then send you a replacement or organise a refund where applicable. We cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
